Pricing, payments, and warranties

  • Payments are due upon completion of the service.

  • Third-party spare parts are covered by their respective warranties.

Refund policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a service is not delivered as agreed, we will prioritize a rework or a partial refund. Charges for completed services, materials, or third-party parts may not be refundable.

RB Home Care is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any appliance or equipment manufacturer. Brand names are used only for identification purposes.
